水曜日の午後３時半頃に来訪しました。
先客なし、後客２名。
流石に、この時間帯は空いていますね。
店内は、４人掛けテーブルが15卓程です。
注文は、しょうゆラーメン（900円）で、ラードの量は普通にしてもらいました。
着丼したラーメン、表面には、きめ細かい焦がしラードが浮き、スープの色は白濁して特徴的な感じ。
熱々で風味良く、スープ自体は割とアッサリで、初めて経験する独特な味わいですね。
麺は白っぽい中細で、蕎麦屋さんで戴く中華そばのような印象。
脂身が無いチャーシューは薄切りでサッパリ、刻みネギ、メンマ等、具はオーソドックス。
ラーメン自体、クセのある味とは全く感じない。
むしろ、サッパリと食べられ、まさに老舗のラーメンという感じで、とても美味しかったです。
