幌加内に行く途中にこちらを見つけて
帰りについ寄ってしまいました
何故かと言うと、自分でそばを打って食べるのが好きなのですが。旭川で売っているのは江丹別のそば粉が多いです
なのでいつも自分で打っている味がプロだとどんな感じなのかな、と
お昼を回っているのでお客は自分のみ
やはりのもりそばを注文します
食します・・・
いつも打っているそば粉の味です（笑）
プロがやったらこんなに違うんだなあ・・・当たり前か（笑）
十分満足してお会計時におしゃべりを
自分で打つとぶつぶつになるんです・・・とか言ってしまうと
８：２じゃなくてまずは７：3にしたほうがいいですよ・・・とのこと
そうですね・・・
