こんなんうまいに決まってるやろ？といったビジュのきんき鍋を食べに旭川の名居酒屋へ。
他のものもうまそうだけどとにかくこの鍋を食べないとおさまらない。
あとはシャコ、えび、うに、牡蠣、ツブ、すじこ。
北海道の海の恵やばい。
しめは絶対うまい雑炊と…これもどうしても頼まなければなネギトロおにぎり「とろまん」。
真にたらふく。
これにいつか店名でもある「串揚げ」も食わねばと。
大変だ。
