炭火で焼く本格派。
たっぷりの甘辛いタレがよく絡んで、食べると柔らかいです。
お店のオススメが「和豚もち豚ザンキ」650円。
甘辛い味がついた豚を丸めて揚げた料理で、ビールに合います。
両方共、もう少し野菜を加えてもらえると、
口飽きせずにもっと食べたくなります。
