旭川出張飯第二段。
旭川グルメで調べるとトップに出るくらいなので早速行ってみました。
写真を撮るのを忘れましたが、お通しはあら汁。
寒かったのでこの時点で評価爆上がりです。3150！
そして1人飲みできるカウンターもある3150！！
まずは沖漬けと舟盛りを。
沖漬けはビールが進む…。3150…！！！
舟盛りですが、意外なことにたこ頭がめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
ここまでたこが美味しいと思ったことはないくらいです。
3150…！！！！
そして痛風天ぷらを注文。
牡蠣もあん肝も日本酒が進む…。3150…！！！！
まさに期待を裏切らない味でした。
最後に〆で究極のTKG？を。
白いふわふわとしたのは卵白。
この卵白が本当に必要なのかどうかはわかりませんが、
拘っているのはよく分かりました。ウニもいくらも黄身も3150！！！！！
1人で飲みに行ったのにどれも美味しすぎて8000円くらい使いましたが、大満足！
今週また旭川に出張に行くのでまた行こうかな。
20代が1人飲みするのは珍しいのか少し戸惑わられてた様子でしたので次は優しく迎えてください…笑
