JR旭川駅北口より徒歩約10分、昭和通沿いビル1Fにあるお店「北海道さかな一途 直営魚問屋」。
9月上旬の北海道旅行時の夜に訪れました。
居酒屋激戦区の旭川にあって、さてどのお店から突入しようかネットでじっくり検索し
絶対美味しいの間違い無さそうな店名のこちらのお店を発見！早速訪れてみました。
店内はカウンター席やテーブル席が全50席の広さ。私はカウンター席へと案内されました。
卓上のメニューを拝見。
この日は
「サッポロクラシック生」(529円税込)
「刺身盛り合わせ」
「猿払 焼つぶ 2個」(638円税込)
を注文です。
先ずは何はともあれビールを一口グイッと。
ムムッ、自分的にはもう少し冷えてる方が好きかな。
「刺身盛り合わせ」が運ばれてきました♪
本日のお刺身はサクラマス、ぶり、まそい、ぼたんえびなど全6種。
どれもこれも美味しいーーーっ！(>_<) ｳﾏｯ
店名で想像した通りお魚はマジ旨でした！
こりゃー日本酒だな、と日本酒メニューの中から地酒
「旭川 国士無双 烈」(638円税込)
を注文しました。
辛口のお酒でお刺身にピッタリな美味しい日本酒でした。
「猿払 焼つぶ 2個」は「大粒」サイズです。
爪楊枝で一発でスルリと身が取れると何だか嬉しくなりますね (^-^)
煮汁の染みたほんのり苦味を感じるお味、コリコリの食感が楽しく
これまた日本酒にピッタリな肴でした。
さて、この日この時間、店内はさほど混んでませんでしたが、つまみの提供時間は
結構かかっていていました。私の後に予約無しで入店してきたお客さんは全員断られ
ていたので、大きな宴会が入っていてその準備のため提供時間が遅かったのかもです。
なので、この日はもう料理の注文は諦め、北海道の地酒「小樽 宝川 純米酒」(638円税込)
をいただいてお勘定しました。
