旭川市春光にある和食店。
ランチで訪問しました。昼は寿司や天ぷらを中心とした和食ランチ、夜は料理とお酒を楽しむことができます。
シャレたポップスが流れ、テーブルは白木、清潔感のある店内は、和食ダイニングという雰囲気でしょうか。
ランチメニューの中から
「寿司・天ぷらセット（サラダ・お吸い物付）」（１，７００円）、
「食後のホットコーヒー」（１００円）をお願いします。
寿司・天ぷらセット・・寿司も天ぷらも好きなので、楽しみに待っていました。立体的な木の器での提供、盛り付けもとても美しいですね。
寿司は、本まぐろ・ひらめ・サーモン・帆立・ボタン海老の５貫、シャリは軽い握りで口の中で崩れる感じの美味しさ。ネタも新鮮でいいですね。
お醤油は、その都度冷蔵庫から出して提供されるのもいいですね。
天ぷらは、海老・いか・かぼちゃ・なす・しいたけ・ししとう・紅いもの７品、さくっと軽く揚がって素材の良さが生かされています。天つゆも美味しい。後からグルメ雑誌を見て知ったのですが店主さん、野菜ソムリエの資格も取得されているようですね。
サラダはシャキシャキの野菜。お吸い物は土瓶に入っていて、しいたけと三つ葉が入った薄口の上品なお味、なかなかこだわりが感じられるランチでした。
食後のコーヒーは１００円でお菓子もついていました。
お酒の冷蔵ケースを見ると、日本酒もいろいろ用意されているようです。美味しい料理とともにお酒も楽しめる夜の営業も訪問したいお店でした！
