新富良野プリンスホテルの端にあるお店です。
2年前にきた時にはなかったように思うので、新しいお店なんでしょうか。
去年かな？ホテルの温泉をリニューアルされたようで
それに伴いホテルの中は、だいたいエレベーターで
移動できるようになっていました
ホテルの部屋にこちらのメニュー表があったので
この日はちょっと北海道らしいものが食べたい！と言う事で
こちらのお店へ～。
こちらのお店は、掘りごたつタイプのお店でカウンター、窓側の席
仕切りのある個室タイプに分かれています。
活気があって良い感じです（＾＾）
・突き出し・・・蛸の酢の物
突き出しのお味が良かった～。
蛸もぷりっとした食感で、お酢の味もきつすぎず。
・ほっけ
脂の乗った、ほっけでした
・豆腐サラダ
お豆腐がクリーミーな豆腐で、野菜もしゃきしゃき
・６枚目のお料理のが思い出せない
・お寿司
友人が頼んでました。
好きなネタを食べたい分だけ頼めるので
好き嫌いの多い友人はぴったりだったよう
・うに＆いくら丼
これは友人と半分こ
うにがとろ～っ、いくらもぷりっ。
お米も硬めに炊かれていて好みです。
単純ですが、北海道って感じです（＾▽＾）
きっと、市内に行けば、もっと「これぞ北海道！」と言うお料理に出会えるんでしょうね。
他のﾚﾋﾞｭｱｰ様の北海道レビューを読ませていただいていると
そう思いました。
ただ、富良野のホテルの中で、このお値段で食べれるなら、かーなり満足です！
１人２杯くらい飲んでたと思います。
こちらのお店、このホテルの中で一番お薦めのお食事処ですね～♪
