芦別にある粋な居酒屋「旬菜工房 魚魯魚魯」さんが、富良野に来ました(^^ゞ
場所は、あの「ソウルテラス」さんのとなりです。この近辺は「まんぐう」「富川製麺所」もありまして、ビッグなお店が4店揃った感じです。
オープンの日に夫が焼酎やら存分に楽しんできた様子を見て、ワタクシもちょっと伺ってみました。
開店2日目、7時頃入店。中央にカウンターがあり6人くらい、その後ろに4人掛けのテーブルが3つくらい。
左の奥にもテーブル席があるような感じです。厨房はカウンターの奥に隠れています。
照明は明るすぎない程度の暗め、テーブルは黒、全体的に若向きなインテリアです。
予約も含めて店内満席で、大変賑わっていました。
「魚魯魚魯」さんのイチオシは鮮度抜群のお刺身類と、本格焼酎、地酒を含む90分飲み放題であります。
飲み放題はビールの種類によって2種ございまして、要するにビールを飲みたい人は1260円になり、麦とホップでもいいよという人は999円です。焼酎や地酒等すべて共通です。
また、グランドメニューの他に「本日のおすすめ」がＡ４の紙に印刷されています。
今日は、様子を見るだけだったのでオーダーは少しです。刺身は、本当によいですよ。
また別の日にうかがって、他のお料理も食べてみたいです。
