醤油がたってるというより、スープの旨味がまろやかに全面に出ている、茶色の澄んだスープ
味噌が人気ですが、中華そばも中々のうまさ。
今度醤油食べてみたいです。
私は函館で1番好きなラーメン屋さんです。
