Today, I was on a business trip to Hakodate. After work, my colleague and I visited this shop in front of Hakodate Station. The sashimi platter was one of the specialties, and as I introduced in the photo, it was a sashimi platter that was for sale, including cost-effectiveness. I've seen it on other restaurant as well, but it comes with Onigiri on the sashimi platter. I haven't looked it up, but is it normal in Hakodate? It comes with Onigiri rolled in rock nori, making it a very voluminous assortment of sashimi. I ordered other snacks, but it was a product with a lot of value, and I felt that it was not enough to order this much. If you look at the tables around you, you can see that they are on the tables as a matter of course, and I wonder if this kind of scene is what the restaurant is aiming for. However, products that feel value are naturally ordered, so I think it's okay for the restaurant to be as intended as a restaurant. The sashimi is also delicious, but in Hokkaido, the fried fish is fried hockey, but I like this one, so I ordered it this time as well. It is interesting that the perception of fried food differs depending on the region, but it is very delicious, so it is one of the products that you should try when you are in Hokkaido. Thank you very much.
