Food Bread made with Hokkaido flour “Yumechikara”
The chef's special homemade bread that accompanies the dish is a homemade bread made from the super-strong wheat "Yumechikara" and "La Lune" that make chewy, moist bread, mixed with whole wheat flour from Tokachi. The strong flavor of wheat is attractive.

The wine cellar has about 250 types of French wines and recently added Hokkaido wines. If you're not sure which dish to pair with, you can feel free to ask for advice.
