全ての料理が素晴らしく、函館に訪れた際にはまた来たいと思えるお店でした。他のレビュアーさんが書いている通り、店内にある巨大な生簀から板前さんが一つ一つ丁寧に調理してくれます。もちろん、鮮度は抜群です。
一番驚いたのはうにの鮮度とカニの安さです。うには醤油をつけずとも味がしっかりしてます。ずわい蟹は足が不揃いという理由で3000円程度で一杯食べられます。
また、ここは野菜も美味しく、じゃがバター、アスパラ、椎茸を頼みましたがどれも最高の一品でした。
生簀の中の新鮮な海産物を見ながら目でも味でも楽しめる最高のお店でした。
