函館ツアーレポです(笑)
まだ『活いか』を食べてなかったのを思い出して、「函館海鮮料理 海寿」さんにお邪魔させて頂きました♪
平日20時頃の訪問では、予約無しで待たずに直ぐに座れました！
お店の外にイカの生簀、店内にも沢山の生簀があって、新鮮さもバッチリですね！
生簀の隣には炉端焼き場のライブ感も楽しめてイイですね！
カウンターとテーブル席沢山あって良いですね！
著名人のサイン色紙も沢山ありました！
先ずはサッポロクラシック生で乾杯～♪
お通しが茹でカニとは素晴らしいですね！
今回はこちらをオーダーしてみました♪
『カニサラダ』

『カニサラダ』の“海の宝”と刻まれた器もイイ感じですね！！カニのほぐしも美味しくめちゃめちゃ贅沢なサラダですね！！
さぁ～いよいよ『イカ刺し』の登場です！！
おぉ～！！めちゃめちゃ透き通ったイカの切り身に、兜がまだまだ活きています！！箸で触れてみれば反応して伸び縮みして動いていますね～タノシィ(笑)
“特級しょうゆ”、“かごめ昆布しょうゆ”で頂いたら、もぉ～サイコ～に旨しですね！！
生姜しょうゆにしてもバッチリ旨しです！！
半分を天ぷら、ボイルにしてくださいました！！
イカの身がめちゃめちゃ柔らかくて噛み心地好く、甘味がお塩で一層引き立ってめちゃめちゃ旨いですね！！
ボイルにはマヨネーズ七味唐辛子は間違いない相性抜群でめちゃめちゃ旨くて、かなりサッポロクラシックも進んじゃいますね♪
『まるごとカニグラタン』も濃厚でクリーミーなホワイトソースにカニの身たっぷりまるごとでめちゃめちゃ旨いですね！！
そして！！
もぉ逸品追加の“海の神”こと『函館産グリーンアスパラ』が素晴らしく旨かったです！！
炭火焼、バター焼き、茹でから選べましたので、今回は“茹で”でお願いしてみましたが、コレまたケッカオーライです♪
マヨネーズがついていますが、岩塩も甘さが引き立ってめちゃめちゃ旨いですね！！
とにかく瑞々しくジュ～シ～な味わいが堪らなく旨いですね！！
〆ということで、札幌のように函館でもやっちゃいましょぉ～♪
『ベリーベリーベリーパフェ』で“〆パフェ”(笑)
“店長のおすすめ”なんて書かれちゃったら、ここまで来たら頼むっきゃありません(笑)
おすすめってだけあって、流石です！！甘さが丁度良く絶妙で仕上がっていますね！！
あっという間に美味しく完食です！！
函館ディナ候補のひとつとしてめちゃめちゃ旨くてオススメのお店ですね！！
