I was recommended a secret menu called ``Wooden box 120g'', which is not usually available, and it was 120g of sea urchin. The price is 11,660 yen. In addition, I ordered additional rice @ 330 yen. The regular sea urchin bowl weighs 40g, so it's triple the amount and less than double the price, making it a great value menu. It doesn't have the characteristic fishy smell of sea urchin. I don't even get any heartburn. You can eat it as is without dipping it in soy sauce. Finally, put it on top of rice and enjoy the texture.
