ＪＲ函館本線森駅の近くにあるお店「贅沢ごちそう屋 雅茶一(がちゃぴん)」さんに伺わせて頂きました。
店内は広い。店員がお客を迎える事はほぼ無い。明らかに人手不足です。
メニューは豊富でご当地グルメの「森らいす」あり。以前は魚系で↓。
この度は重ねかつ定食(1,000円)を注文させて頂きました。
『地元森町のSPF豚を使用。「ひこま豚」は森町の豊かな水流と愛情に育まれた高品質の豚肉です。非常にキメが細かく柔らかい肉質で臭みがない健康で安全な肉質です。』
とメニューに記載されていた。
ミルフィーユかつはサクサクで柔らかい食感の一品を頂きました。
最後に玄関レジ横にあるコーヒーを頂き会計に至る。
