函館遠征です。
ホテルは、新幹線の開業に合わせて出来た様なので、とてもキレイです。
朝食の際に、こちらのレストランを利用しました。
こちらの売りは、ばくだん丼！！
海鮮に、納豆・オクラ・めかぶなどのネバネバ食材と一緒に頂く、自分で作成できる丼です。
海鮮は、サーモンの漬けがあり、こちらを中心に丼を作成しました。
他にも北海道らしい朝食が盛りだくさん！
ざんぎ、いかめし、鰊の焼魚、じゃがバター、ちゃんちゃ焼き、カレー、ホッキ貝のサラダなど。
珍しいところですと、ホッキ貝のサラダが美味しいです。ホッキ貝自体を関東で食べることがないので、珍しいですよね。クセもなく、美味しく頂けました。
自家製？のプリンもとても濃厚です。
ただ、フルーツ類がかなり寂しかったです。
本日のスープのトマトスープもなかなか美味でした。
出口付近にコーヒーサーバーがあり、お部屋で頂ける様になっていました。嬉しいサービス！！
ちなみに、こちらのホテル、大浴場もあるので冷えた体を温めるのに良かったです。
普通のビジネスホテルと考えれば、満足の内容です。
