かなり昔に伺ってから、幾度となく前を通るも何となく過ぎていた「ふじ寿司 小樽店」に伺ってみました
運河通りぞいにて営業中。最初に開業した時よりも規模が半分位になりましたね。
店内は昭和モダン的な内装で高級な雰囲気
カウンターは５、６人座ればいっぱいです
この日もいっぱいでした
カウンター以外のお客さんは奥の小上がりか、2階の大部屋のテーブル席に通されるようです
自分も2階のテーブル席に通されまして注文です
最初は握り寿司をと思っていたけど、久しぶりに生ちらし寿司を食べてみようと思いお願いしました
『生ちらし』¥2180
ある程度混んでいたけど10分程で配膳
ウニ、イカ、エビ、カズノコ、玉子、タコ、カニ、サーモンが綺麗に盛付けされて美味しそうです
いつも醤油を付けながら食べようか、最初に掛けて食べようか迷います
この日も悩みましたが付けながら食べる事にしました
好きなサーモンからイカ、タコと食べてどれも見た目通り美味しかったです
でも酢が感じられないなぁと思いました
個人的には酢飯で食べるのが好みなので…
でも美味しかったですよ。
生ちらしというよりは海鮮丼という感じでした
