旬のにぎりに、お好み握りを追加しました。
小樽の10月といえば、秋シャコです。
卵の付いたメスの秋シャコとタラバガニ、大トロ、エンガワを頼みました。
トロける大トロと、旬の握りに付いていた中トロの食べ比べ。
食べ応えあるタラバガニた、旬の握りに付いていたズワイと食べ比べ。
本当に楽しかったし美味かった。
飲みのお供に頼んだザンギも良かったです。
