[3 minutes walk from Otaru Station] Purchased from the market every morning! This freshness is only possible because we are a Seafood restaurant directly managed by an Otaru fishmonger!

I went to Urokotei, which is located on the way to the Music Box Museum along a street lined with glasswork shops a little away from the canal in Otaru. The shop is bustling from the front, and they grill the seafood they have bought in front of the shop. I was feeling a little hungry, so I thought I'd stop by and have a drink. The beer is Sapporo, as expected. 500 yen! I had oysters and scallops as snacks. If you want to eat it, they will serve it as a set meal. They also have a hot pot in an iron pot, so you can eat it. There was a souvenir corner in the back. I wanted to buy some sea urchins to take home, but they said that the price has risen this year due to poor catches of plankton. I was shocked when I saw the price! I gave up. I heard that crabs are also in poor condition, so I gave up on that too. I hope there will be a good catch next year. Thank you for the meal.
