北海道旅行と言えば、とりあえずお寿司は食べておきたいもの。
ただ、お寿司と言ってもお店もたくさんあり、どこへ行くか迷った結果、高すぎず、美味しいお寿司という事で食べログ点数も高めな「すし耕さん」に決定。
店内は混んでいましたが、ほとんどが観光客のようでした。
握りだけでなく一品料理も豊富です。
今回は貝づくしにホタテウニ焼きなどを注文しましたが、握りが美味しいのはもちろんの事、贅沢な「ホタテのウニ焼き」も絶品でした！
