歴史的な石蔵の店内でゆっくりと流れる時間をすごしませんか？

粉雪舞い散る小樽の２日目の夕食。
前日は宿に到着したのが、午後8時だったので、宿の方に近くで予約してもらった「千春寿司」で、「さすが、小樽は鮨が旨い！」と感動・・・
２日連続となりますが、「小樽はやっぱりお鮨でしょう！」と この日は、朝の10時から 「食べログ」でNo1から順番に予約の電話を入れる。
１、２、3、と 悉く 予約一杯で 振られ、No4 は立食い との事で倦厭し、その他 如何にも観光客向けのお店も外して、
やっと 小樽の寿司屋 No11 の「すし耕」で 予約 を ゲット！
午後７時前に「予約した者ですが・・・」と 伺うと、カウンターが空いてるにも関わらず、二階の座敷に案内される。
前日の「千春すし」で 小樽の寿司 を 学習済み なので、お刺身 も 握り寿司 も お好みで ・・・
「注文の仕方で、カウンター に 案内してくれるかな？」との 期待も虚しく ・・・
お勘定を と 一階に 下りると、来店時は二人だけ居た、カウンター席 には、誰もいない。
まあ、一見で、カウンター席 を望むのも厚かましい とは 言えますが 〜（笑）
嫁さん 「カウンター だったら、もっと いろいろ お好みで 楽しめたでしょうね〜」って、嫌味 っぽい 事を 口にしながら お勘定をしてました〜(爆)
ちなみに前日お伺いした「千春鮨」さんは、No37 の 評価３．０２ でした。
