歴史的な石蔵の店内でゆっくりと流れる時間をすごしませんか？

お店は小樽駅から歩いて約5分。
小樽駅を出て中央通りをまっすぐ下り、
色内2丁目の信号を左に曲がってすぐ右手にあります。
（お店の全面は駐車場なので、お店自体は少し奥まったところにあります。）
この日は「上ちらし（11品）」（1,600円）を注文。
うに、いくらを中心に11種類のネタがご飯の上にのっています。
海鮮ネタはどれもとびきり新鮮です。
お醤油をつけるのがもったいないくらい。むしろお醤油なしで全然いけます。
そして驚いたのがご飯。
初めての味、触感です。
酢飯ですが酸味はなく、お酢のまろやかな甘みが感じられます。
お米は芯までよく水分を吸っているのですが、ものすごい弾力。
「“すし耕”の酢飯」と名付けたくなるくらい、今までに食べたことのないおいしい酢飯でした。
小樽には他にもお寿司や海鮮丼のお店はありますが、
すし耕を選んで間違いはありません。
