小樽にあるすし耕さんへ行ってきました。
こちらのお店はメニューにカニ丼はないんですが、頼むと作ってくれます。
ある意味お好みの海鮮丼にも関わらずお値段は当時２０００円程度。
しかもズワイ・タラバ・毛ガニの三食丼でした♪
毛ガニはカニ味噌で和えており、お寿司屋さんの海鮮丼という感じがします。
味は控えめに言って絶品です。
また近々行きたいです。
