The sea urchin was so delicious that I wish I had made it into a rice bowl with uni roe. It will melt. Authentic Hokkaido sea urchin has no odor and is delicious! In Tokyo, it might have a bit of an alum smell, but I thought the salmon roe was soft. The crab was heavy. I decided to eat some sweet shrimp, so I went for a bowl of rice after this. I didn't think it was that big, but it was quite voluminous. Seafood Bowl restaurant next door was also crowded, but I personally liked this one because it looked better.
