桜姫鶏の水炊き
寒くなりましたね。気分的にはスープカレーが食べたい気分だったんですが、
その前にどうしても行っておきたいお店があったので行ってきました。
小樽の鶏料理専門店、鶏屋 鳳さん。
ここは水炊きが有名なんですが、忘年会時期になると混みそうな気がするので今のうちに行っておきたかったんです。
仕事帰りに直行。無事座れました。
水炊き１人前、ライスと、食べログクーポンでコーラを注文。
ここは鍋も一人前から注文出来るのが良いですね。
外食では初めての一人鍋です。
まずお鍋のセットをしてくれてスープを加熱、沸騰するのを待ちます。
沸騰したら具材を持ってきてくれていろいろ説明してくれました。
最初はスープをおちょこに入れて味わうんだそうです。
味は付いてないので岩塩をちょっと入れてごくっと…。
あんまり味がしない。岩塩少なかったかな？
その後鶏肉、つくね、きゃべつ、豆腐、しいたけの具材を投入。
お肉が食べ頃になったら最後に水菜を入れて完成！

・・・おお！美味しい！
鶏肉は桜姫鶏を使用してるんですけど、ぷりっぷり具合が凄い！
以前他のお店で桜姫鶏を頂いた時は、それほど…って感じたんですけど、
やはり専門店は違いますね。誤解してました。旨味もたっぷりで桜姫様めちゃ美味しい！
そして主役はやっぱりこのスープですね～。コクがあるけどあっさりしてるスープ。
全ての具材が美味しくなってます。
ただのキャベツも凄く美味しくなってました。
つくねも美味し～！
塩分も丁度良くてご飯が進みます。
途中でもう一度おちょこにスープを入れて飲んでみました。
今度は具材から出た旨味が加わって凄く良い感じのスープです。
これは最高！コラーゲンたっぷりなのも嬉しいです。
そして最後に〆のラーメンを追加してもらいました。
美味しいスープも丁度無くなったのでご馳走様でした。
お会計は2624円。
とても美味しい水炊きでした。
寒い日はやっぱりお鍋ですね～♪

I want to try delicious Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), so I'm looking for a good restaurant, but I can't seem to find it. I tried it at Nao U and a certain soba restaurant, but it didn't suit me so I didn't write a review. Come to think of it, this is a chicken specialty store, so what do you think? So I went there. Hot Pot I had last time was delicious, so I wanted to order it again, but I held back. I ordered fluffy Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), and cola. This was a shop that also served soft drinks. The one with grated soy sauce on the chicken. It was delicious. There are four pieces of zangi that are about the size of a fist. Lemon and mayonnaise were served on the side. I've never eaten zangi with mayonnaise, but it goes surprisingly well with it. The tender meat is well-fried and delicious. Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) looks beautiful and delicious! The meat is not specified, but I feel like it's Sakurahime chicken, the same as Zangi. Tender and delicious meat. The egg is as creamy as a drink. This feels good! Personally, I would give this Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) a passing grade! I might have finally found a delicious Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). The portion of zangi was quite large, and even though my stomach was full by the end, I managed to finish it all. I'm satisfied! I will go again, thank you for the meal.
