札幌の旅、足を伸ばし神恵内村へ…
以前から行ってみたかった勝栄鮨でお昼です、開店前に到着しましたがすでに数組が順番待ちです。
開店からちょい待ちで、おまかせ握りをオーダーです。
寿司は見るからに鮮度の良さが感じられます、そしてシャリはやや大きめです。
どの握りも鮮度抜群、シャリが大きめなこともあり一人前でもかなり食べた感じがあります。お吸い物もホタテの稚貝がゴロゴロと入っています。
満足、満腹なランチでした、ごちそうさまでした。
