生ウニ2倍コース
積丹ウニを民宿初チャレンジしました。
駐車場は入り口向かいの空き地でした。
入り口には老わんちゃんがお出迎え。
レトロな内観に雰囲気を感じます。
夕食は18時から。当日はばふんうにの入荷があり、プラス4000円／人でオプションができると言われましたが、やめました。
部屋でゆっくりしたら、待ちに待った夕食。
豪華な料理が並ぶ中、ウニが登場！なんと言うビッグ盛り！
驚きました。2倍盛りですがこれだけで満足ですが、お刺身、もずく、タコなどそれぞれがとても美味しい。
でもやはりうに！ムラサキでも、積丹うにはミョウバンが入っていないだけに臭みや苦味がなく新鮮そのものの激ウマ！
ご飯を速攻たのんで、ウニ丼にしていただいたりしました。
因みにご飯はお櫃のおかわり可能です。

朝はなかなかの品数。
7:30からスタートです。
しまえびのお刺身やにもの、バターチキンカレーなどありましたが、なかでも野菜関係のピクルスや酢の物、煮物、炒め物、あえものが美味い！
朝ごはんのクオリティとしては結構な高さ、大人好みの濃すぎない味付けで大満足のお料理でした。
ご主人がひとりで作っているようで、手の掛けようが流石のレベルです。リピートしたくなりますね。
帰りにはわんちゃんが見送りしてくれて、なんと玄関の扉を開けてくれました。ビックリ！
