【食べたもの】
・鮭ルイベ ¥1,000
北の伝統料理とのことで凍ったお刺身。
凍ったまま食べるのが一般的ですが
出汁のようなものが出されたので
そちらに浸けて溶かしていただきました。
・ししゃも焼き ¥1,300
ふっくらして大きなししゃもです。
食べ応えあり美味しいです。
・鮭ハラス焼き ¥1,300
大きく切られたハラスが4切。
しっかり脂がのっており、大根おろしで
少しさっぱりさせていただきました。
・つぶ生姜味 ¥780+260
本来3つ入りですが、4人で訪問したため
4つにしていただきました。１つ260円です。
【飲んだもの】
・リボンナポリン ハイボール ¥690
北海道ハイボールとしてこちらと
ハスカップ、デュワーズ、夕張メロンの
4種類がメニューにありました。
そんなの気になって飲んでしまいますよね。
結果、何とも形容し難い甘いドリンクでした。
・男梅サワー ¥550
安定の男梅サワー。
梅干は入っておらず液体のみのタイプです。
