支笏湖観光の昼食。
週末の11:50頃、初の寿へ到着。6組待ちでしたが、名簿に記載し、待つこと40分で店中へ。
初ですが、30年ほど前の寿司屋のような、懐かしい感じの店内で、何か安心。
ボリュームがわからないので、ソバとミニ丼セットのカニ飯、鮭親子、天丼の3種を、そして海老天丼、たぬきソバをオーダー。ここはヒメマスがメインのお店ですが、あまのじゃくですみません。
15分程でお料理到着。
私、長女、長男がセット。ミニ丼という名ですが、一口分のご飯にカニなどの具がそこそこボリューミーで、美味しいです。セットのかけソバはそれなりのボリュームで、薄味のつゆと優しい感じも。
妻のたぬきソバはセットのかけソバに揚げ玉がのったもの、次男の海老天丼はそこそこのボリューム。
お腹が空いていたこともあり、皆、即完食！
そして、柔らかい感じでかつテキパキという、好印象の接客が印象的でした。
