January 2nd. The area around the hotel was still in New Year's mode and business hours online were not very reliable, but I found Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on the internet that was a few minutes walk from the hotel and was open all year round. It seems that a company in Sapporo is developing a restaurant business centered on Hokkaido, with gas stations and two pillars, which is a great motivation to go to Hokkaido. The menu has a lot of Hokkaido appeal, and the Lamb Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) skewer, priced at 297 yen (tax included), hits home with my love of lamb chops. When I arrived at New Chitose Airport a few days ago, I first checked the Matsuo Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) bone-in lamb Steak at the food court in the airport, but when I saw that the price had risen to 1,080 yen per piece, I almost lost my nerve.I'm a lamb chop lover. A chance for revenge. Visit immediately. When we arrived after 3:00 pm, we were told that the place was unexpectedly busy and that seats could be prepared until 5:30 pm, so we decided that an hour or so would be enough. And for the first time, I noticed that all seats are private rooms. We were guided to a private room for four people and seated. Very comfortable. Then select the menu on your tablet. First, select the five lamb Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) skewers you want. This tablet is not the type that prompts you to order once a certain number of selected dishes have been accumulated, but seems to be the type that allows you to order all the selected dishes at once, so you can think carefully and order the dishes you have saved up at once. This feeling of release feels so good. And first, the appetizer was served. Ordinary edamame. When I looked at the order history of the tablet, it was 499 yen. Since I ordered this many items and didn't order alcohol, I would like to be exempted, but I guess it can't be helped since it's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Furthermore, before I knew it, the seat fee had also been added to my tablet's order history. 121 yen. It was cheap considering I had a private room all to myself, but if you had told me a few words in advance, I think it would have been a completely different experience. Is it common knowledge? After that, the ordered dishes are served one after another. There was a collaboration dish with Calbee, so I thought I ordered Potekotan, but instead I got Potelico instead. Even if you look at the order history of the tablet, it's Potelico. It seems I pressed the wrong button. I regret it. Once all the orders were completed, we took pictures and started eating. All are absolutely delicious. Local chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) are not something to be abandoned either. You can also enjoy the added value of Hokkaido. Above all, I am grateful that I can eat lamb Grilled skewer. Even if it is frozen, the quantity is good and the taste is good. Even 10 pieces would have been fine. Shiitake Steak is also very delicious. The sashimi was good, including the octopus and scallops, but the surf clam had a bit of a fishy smell. Pork bowl at the end is the smallest in Hokkaido, but it's a good amount for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) meal, and even though it's small, there's only a small amount of white rice, and there's plenty of pork in it, so it's satisfying. The total cost was over 7,000 yen, which I think is a bit expensive for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where one person doesn't drink, but considering the food and the private room, I think it's a reasonable price. But what is the origin of this restaurant's name, which doesn't whet your appetite at all?
