At 8 p.m., I went to pick up the usual guy who flew from Osaka Kira at the airport, quickly checked him in and reunited with him. I was staying in Chitose, so I looked for various places to eat dinner, hoping to eat chips if possible. I looked around, but the restaurant I wanted was fully booked. I made a reservation using Tabelog 's reservation function, with a faint hope that this place would be okay. I added a request to eat chips if possible. I arrived at the reserved time. I sat at a table seat on the second floor, which was like a tatami room. As expected, there was a poor catch of chips this year, so the price had gone up a lot, and unfortunately I had to forgo chips. However, there were a lot of interesting looking menus, so I looked at them and ordered. I ordered the standard dishes such as sashimi and Seafood salad, tamagoyaki with rock seaweed floating in broth, and kushikatsu, which is eaten with a thick sauce. The restaurant staff said, "Since there is no chip, we'll give you some sea urchin as a service!" and gave me sea urchin with my sashimi. Most of the dishes were served on large plates and were very filling. It might be better to come with 4 or 5 people and share, so you can eat more varieties. If you split it, the price is reasonable. There is also a half-size menu, and the clam soup? I wonder what it was? Even the half size is too much for two people, but the broth is well-seasoned and delicious. Since it is a restaurant that claims to serve Creative Cuisine, the dishes that are too pretentious may make you go "Huh?", but the basic base such as the broth is delicious, and they have made some slight changes, so it was delicious and interesting to eat. On the way out, the owner explained various things about the tip. He said he was sorry that it was too expensive and we couldn't get it. The food was delicious, the service was good, and although it is not yet the time to have a large group and have a lively time, I would like to drink here again when I can. The old man was sipping bottled beer. It's an interesting restaurant.
