今回は、家族3人(小学生1名)で久しぶりに食事に行きました。
お店のお客は、だいたい6割程度の入店でした。
海鮮料理を数点頼んだのですが、それなりにスタッフはいるのに、頼んだビールは待てど暮らせど来ません。
居酒屋に来て真っ先に届くのが当たり前でしょう❗️
息子は、イクラ丼を頼みました。
揚げ物ばかり届くのに、普通に調理方法だってご飯の上にイクラを掛けるだけの超簡単な料理がめちゃくちゃになかなか届きません。
息子は、お腹空いたと騒ぐし待てど暮らせどイクラ丼は届かないし、スタッフを呼んで一言伝えても聞いてきますの言葉だけで届きません。
別なスタッフに伝えてやっとイクラ丼が届き、2杯目のビールもやっと届くのは居酒屋としてかなりのマイナスポイントだと思います。
オーダーした料理も届かずビールも届かず居酒屋にきてどうしたら良いのでしょうか?
どんなに忙しくても、飲み物のお代わりが遅くならない様にするのが、飲食業では常識だと思います。
料理も遅く飲み物も遅いなら、楽しみに行く気持ちもかなりテンションが下がりました。
