石狩観光協会そばにある店。雨が降り出したので久しぶりに寄ってみる。
中では漬物や干物、ゆでたモクズガニなどが売っている。
ここでは食事をすることもでき、今回は100円の石狩鍋を食べてみた。
石狩鍋は鮭を中心とした味噌仕立ての汁だが、具には家庭ごとのこだわりがある。
なかでも石狩のオリジナルレシピでは、白菜ではなくキャベツを使い、山椒を
振って食べることが多かったように思う。
この店のはキャベツが入っていたが、山椒が置いて無かったのはちょっと残念。
それでも味には満足だ。ホッキ丼やシャコ丼も魅力的だったが、今回はスルー。
やはりここでの一番のオススメは二年前に食べたご当地バーガーである石狩バーガー（味3.5以上）。中に入ってるタコの食感が楽しいので是非一度食べてみて欲しい。
