岩見沢の地元の方にお連れいただきました。
行きつけのお店で魚の目利きが出来るご主人のお店とお聞きしました。
いただいたお料理は、ジャコサラダ、ハマチの刺身、チヂミ、鶏精肉の焼き鳥(おかわり！)、日高産の鮭、などなど。
お酒はビールから焼酎へ。焼酎は九州で鍛えてきたばかりなので？バッチグーです。
いただいたものの印象では、
焼き物が美味しかったと思いました。
岩見沢では何度かお食事を、いただいていますがいずれもすごいレベルの高さです。
昼間通りかかる、駅前エリアは眠っているかのようですが流石に夜は華やかでした。
