こちらは地元の方が全国の旬のものを食べたい目的で行くお店なのだと思います。
北海道産にこだわらず各地の良い素材がそろっています。
日本酒では全国的にも有名な福島の飛露喜がありましたのでもちろんいただきました。
高知産の鰆もふっくらとして脂が乗っていておいしかったです。
それ以外のおつまみも特に明記されてなくても基本が道産食材ですから素材自体の味が違います。
お店の方も親切です。
座敷の席だったのですがスノーブーツを脱ぐのを手間取って店員さんを待たせてしまったのですが、
席に着くまでちゃんといてくださっておしぼりを手渡ししてくれました。
お手洗いへ行こうと座敷から出たときもすぐに
「お手洗いですか？あちらです」
と声をかけてくださりちゃんと店内に目を配っているのだなとわかりました。
地元の方は「なんにもない」とおっしゃいますが、
確かに件数はないかもしれませんがどのお店もおいしいものばかりです。
日にもよるのでしょうが観光客も少ないので、旅行に来たというよりは北海道で暮らしている雰囲気を味わえます。
駅からは少し遠いですが数件の宿からは近いので、岩見沢に宿泊する際にはまた行ってみたいと思います。
