焼き鳥と一緒に、道の駅で購入
名前の通り石炭のように真っ黒のｻﾞﾝｷﾞ
食べてみたら、衣はｻｸｻｸして良かったんですが…味が…薄味だったかも…
ﾆﾝﾆｸがほんのり香って、鶏肉の甘みが唯一の味って感じ
ちと物足りなかったな…
もう少し、ﾆﾝﾆｸと生姜の味が出ていたら良かったな～
たまたまかなぁ…
でもさっぱりしていて食べやすかったです
舌が黒くならないか、息子が気にしていましたが、そこまで黒くありません(笑)
