We hope you enjoy our food with delicious wine and sake.
The restaurant name "neue" means new in German. "Shunkei Saryo Tori Neue" always offers "new" food, drinks, and atmosphere. The specialty is "Chicken and Two-Color Leek shabu shabu" with a choice of s |
Today I had a study session in Iwamizawa. After work, I took the train to Iwamizawa, and the study session ended around 9 o'clock. It was fulfilling, but I'm hungry. I was invited by everyone in Iwamizawa to have a social gathering, so I went to a restaurant called "Tori Noie". It was my first time to eat dinner in Iwamizawa. I wondered what kind of restaurant it was, and it had a very stylish exterior. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy local chicken dishes, sake, and wine. Inside the restaurant, the counter seats and table seats are a calm space with a brown color scheme. The counter seats have a design where you can put your bag on them. It seems like a place where even a woman (or a man) can feel comfortable coming alone. Today, we are a group, so we used a private room. This room also has a calm atmosphere. Hmm, it's not a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant. It's time for a meal. It seems that the organizer has already ordered individual dishes, not a course meal. Each person has to order their own drinks. Cheers! At the same time, the dishes we ordered were brought in perfect time. Caesar salad... Crispy vegetables. The salad was topped with large slices of smoked chicken. Gouda cheese was also added. It was a luxurious start. Chicken Prosciutto... I didn't know they had chicken Prosciutto. The moist, firm Prosciutto was accented with the aroma of pink pepper. It would go well with sake. Sake... He says he doesn't like alcohol, but he's started drinking sake. A very dry pure rice sake called Hidaka. I don't know what makes it very dry, but it was light and had a clean aftertaste. Served in a wine glass. Comparison of the three major charcoal-grilled local chickens... Shamo, Cochin, and Nobunaga. The Shamo was so chewy and chewy that it took a while to bite through. The Nobunaga chicken was the most familiar type of chicken in this comparison. It had just the right texture, and was my favorite Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Elasticity ⇒ Shamo > Cochin > Nobunaga Deep fried Nagoya Cochin chicken... I've never experienced such elastic fried chicken before. The more I chew, the lighter the saltiness, so I can taste the chicken. Cream cheese with green onions and bonito flakes... Cream cheese with wasabi. It goes well. Is this also a snack to go with alcohol? Sakura yukke... It's horse meat from Aizu. It's been years since I've had yukke. I want to mix it with eggs and have rice. Next is Nagoya Cochin rolled egg and Camembert cheese Tempura. The sourness of the balsamic sauce goes well with the cheese Tempura. I wanted to try the rolled egg with balsamic. I added another glass of sake. I feel good. Deep fried Owari Nobunaga chicken dish... Seasoned with a sweet sauce. The meat was elastic, so it was quite difficult to tear the bones and flesh with my teeth. But it was meaty and satisfying to eat. Nagoya Cochin TKG with edible chili oil... Nagoya Cochin egg TKG. The eggs are elastic and small but powerful. The TKG is accompanied by edible chili oil, which is homemade? The crispy fried garlic and egg are a collaboration. It's a new kind of TKG. This is good. It was the perfect rice to finish off a meal. Dessert... Huh? There's no dessert? ? Review end. I'm a bird-head, so that's all I remember (lol) But overall, I can say that I really enjoyed the chicken... I guess. And it was my first time in Iwamizawa! The staff were gentle and nice. And thank you to all the organizers who chose this restaurant. Eating should be fun. Thank you for the meal.
