チェーン店とのことで、調べてみたらコロワイドグループの店舗でした。但し、北海道にしかないようなので、北海道に観光で来たら、また、立ち寄りたいな(^-^)/と、思えるメニュー構成でした。蟹など、あまり食べ慣れていない小生ではありますが、一口サイズにカットされており食べやすく、特にタラバ蟹刺身は、また、いただきたい逸品です。個人的嗜好の問題かと思われますが、毛蟹刺身のほうは若干水っぽい感じを受けて、次回はタラバ蟹か、あればズワイガニにしたいですね。元々、回転寿司屋で食べた蟹味噌がドロ臭く、それ以来食わず嫌いだった蟹味噌もいただきましたが、こちらは美味しくいただけました。やはり、新鮮な物は何でも美味い。また、北海道に来る事があれば、有りなお店と思いました。
