仕事でしょっちゅう来る苫小牧、この日は牛タン気分だったのでこちらに。
付近の道路が拡幅され、店舗敷地内も整備されたので行きやすくなりました♪
平日の昼間、13時も過ぎているというのになまら混んでる店内、ひとりぼっちの私はすんなりカウンターに入れましたけどね、複数人以上は台帳に名前書いて車で待機しておりますわ。
牛タンとサガリのみ、後は種類と量とトッピング、組み合わせの違いがメニュー、さっき車のダッシュボードから千円札が2枚出てきましたから、リッチな気分で「牛タン厚切り定食」を大盛でいただく1,790円＋484円=2,274円税込み、失敗したぁ、とろろ注文し忘れたぁ(;'∀')
汗をかき拭き職人が手際よく焼いていく牛タンたち、見ているだけでヨダレ出ますねぇ、と・・・そこにまずテールスープが目の前にライスと一緒に届きます♪
このクリアなスープがね、牛テールの旨味が出てとにかく美味い、まごまごしてたら牛タン届く前に全部飲み干してしまいそうですから、じっと我慢しながらチョビチョビ掬い飲みして牛タンを待ちます。
ドドーン！届きましたよ牛タン厚切り、しかも大盛、この迫力、早く食いてーーーー写真なんか待ってられないーーーーー、食べログやめたくなる瞬間ですよねーーーーー( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ

この厚み脂身トロみ柔らかみ、表面しっかり炭火の香りに中はレア、なまら美味いーーーーーーーーーー♪
味付け加減もバッチリ焼き加減ももちろんバッチリ、麦飯の炊き加減もバッチリ、すすむすすむご飯がすすむーーーーー♪
いつもは小ライスな私もこの時ばかりはおかわりしちゃいます、思わず( ´∀｀ )

食べた人のみわかる厚切り炭焼き牛タンの美味しさ、添えられた野沢菜と辛子味噌も愛しくて、もう一人前食いてーーーーーーー(;'∀')な、完食、大満足です・・・いや、もう一人前食べたい思いが叶えられないから不満足( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ
