お肉はプルプルしていて弾力もあり。
これはビールよりライスが欲しくなる味です。
◾︎北海道産牛センマイ刺し ￥715
勿論、1度湯通しされたセンマイです。
タレは差程辛くはないです。
これはいい肴になりました。

ちょっとドレッシングの掛け過ぎかも。
終始、味がうるさかったです。

パーフェクトクラシックの様です。
泡のクリーミーさが凄い！
これが1番美味しかったです（笑）
～ 総評 ～
なんだかあまりパッとしない接客に、
塩コショウ濃いめの牛たん。
定食ならば高評価かもしれませんが、
酒飲みのワタシが使う店としては、
あまり使い勝手が良くありません。
