「満天食堂一休そば」誕生ものがたり
一休そばの誕生は１９７５年、苫小牧市郊外の国道沿の小さな店舗から始まりました。「ご家族でも美味しい蕎麦を気軽に楽しんで頂きたい！」その想いから蕎麦定食メニューなどを始めました。それから長い年月、蕎麦食堂として皆様に愛されるようになりました。その後少子高齢化の時代が到来し、人口の減少や医療費の増大の問題が叫ばれている昨今の現状を迎え危機感を感じた私たちは考えました。「蕎麦屋」である私たちに何かできる
...ことはないのか？ そして一つの結論に達しました。「蕎麦を通じて皆様を健康にしたい」と。「蕎麦食堂」として営んできた私たちは「蕎麦」だけではなく「食堂」としても「健康」になれることを追求をしつづけてきました。そして今、私たち「一休そば」は蕎麦を通じてすべてのご家族の皆様が気軽に「美味しさ」と「健康」をより身近で味わっていただける「満点」な蕎麦屋『 満天食堂一休そば 』という新しいブランドが生まれました。
