過去2回はいずれも「とじそば」だったんだけど、ずっと食べてみたいと思っていたメニュー。

なめこたっぷりの冷や汁は、通常のつゆよりも出汁にウェイトを置き、蕎麦をドボンと浸けて丁度良い加減だ。
