朝からレビューのアップと「良いね」をやっていたら、出るのが遅くなっちゃって
昼飯は苫小牧の辺りになっちゃいました
だから全然狙っていた訳じゃないのに、キリ番に持って行きたいほどの店に遭遇しちゃうんだから
分からないもんだよね・・・・
“どこかないかな？”と前もってゴールデンウィーク用にメモしてきた紙を見たら「蕎麦花」を見つけました
“よし！ここだわ！”決めました
ナビが「ここだよ！」と言った「蕎麦花」さんは
こぢんまりとした外観です
2階は不動産さんですね、、、、、蕎麦の味とは関係ありません(汗）
入ってみると、店内は意外と奥行きがあります
カウンターに10席
奥にはテーブル席があります
とてもキレイな店内で
おしゃれだし、すごく素敵です

私はいつもの「もりせいろ680円」です、安いです
あとで、もっと「安い」と思わせてくれます

BGMはjazzがピアノです
オープンキッチンですから作っているのを見ながらって～～ので
退屈しません
10分かからないで、蕎麦は来ました
太いです
腰があります、とても強いです
蕎麦の風味も味もします
水切りも最後まで適度です
汁は出汁も返しもバランスがとれていて美味しいし
徳利での提供は嬉しいですね
少し甘いのはイヤな甘味じゃないんです
いやぁ～～たまげたな
苫小牧に美味しい蕎麦屋ありだわ
蕎麦湯は釜湯で結構早い段階で出てきます
少しトロみはあります
蕎麦湯も美味しいんだろうけど、汁が美味しいからとても美味しいんだろうな
木の実がこんなに蕎麦に合うとも思わなかったし
この木の実をつぶして入れた汁に蕎麦湯を入れたのも、どうしょうもないほど
美味しいんです
「蕎麦の実ご飯」も美味しいし
とろろをかけたら、もう止まらない
“まいった、やられた「蕎麦花」恐るべし！”
創作系の蕎麦だから、これに逆の反応をする人もいるかも知れませんが
私は
「創作系の蕎麦」少なくとも「蕎麦花」
凄いもんだわ・・・と感じました
駐車場は目の前のコインパーキングです
時間限定(忘れました）で無料です
「今日は機械の調子が悪いから(こういう理由だったと思うんだけど(汗)
100円をお渡ししますので、よろしくお願いします！」って・・・・
駐車券にはんこなら、あまり抵抗はないんですが
現金でもらうって～～のは恐縮しちゃうね
特に、もりは680円ですから580円のもりになっちゃうんだよ・・・・・・・・・
こんなに美味しい蕎麦をいただいたんだから「いりません」という選択肢もあったな！
って、後から思った貧乏人でした
