It may be best described as a high-quality version of ``Kamo Seiro''. The soba flower bamboo steamer is now our flagship product. The dipping sauce is a blend of several types of mushroom stock and bonito stock. The homemade ``smoked duck'' adds an even more pleasant aroma. Please enjoy the texture and aroma that changes every time you taste it. The taste, which brings out the umami and the charm of the ingredients to the fullest, is sure to go far beyond the concept of "duck bamboo steamer" that you have ever eaten.
