炒め味噌では無くシンプルな味噌です。
北海道特有の油膜は少ないので、〆に向きます。
深夜食堂みたいな雰囲気。
麺柔い、餃子もイマイチ。
でも安くて店主の手際は一流。

『マルハン室蘭店』に行ったが、私の狙い台は既にお兄さんに出されていた(-_-)
