ということで、腹ごしらえです。
宿の主人に教えていただき、番屋です。個人的には地元の人が行くお店を・・・のつもりが、なかなかの大箱で、おそらく地元の方は数人といったところでしょうか。
さて、宿で散々サッポロクラシックを煽ったので、スタートからじゃがいも焼酎の水割り。つまみはイカの三升漬。ピリ辛ともろみで、酒が進む濃ゆさ。
最初はホタテ稚貝のバター蒸し。道民からするとお馴染みだけど、稚貝は初。ちっちゃな帆立の身からのダシが濃ゆいこと。流石に酒を飲んでるのでスープは最後のお楽しみ。
そして、真打が特大羅臼ホッケの開き。まー、でかいこと‼️脂のノリはそこそこだけど、醤油と脂の相性が抜群。皮までペロリ。旨いわー。
先ほどの残したホタテの稚貝のスープ。無理言っておじやにしてもらいました（生卵を溶かして入れて欲しかったー）。間違いなし。
で、料金はというと、残念ながら地元価格ではないことは間違いなさそう。
さて、明日は何食べるかね？
