ホテルから近いというだけで入った居酒屋さん。十勝や北海道の生産者さんから直送した野菜を使っているそうです。
お店に野菜の生産者の方のポスターが選挙写真みたいに貼ってあって面白い（笑）
お通しが長芋のそうめん。最近良く見るな…。
自分の携帯を使って注文するスタイルです。
★自分で作るポテトサラダ498円
連れの人がこのタイプのポテトサラダが好きで、あると必ず頼みます。美味しいよね。スライスゆで卵とレタス、マヨネーズ。手作りベーコンビッツも入っていてちょいお肉感もあり。連れは作るのを楽しめるタイプ。

★牛とろフレーク丼 金色のゴージャスな器に入って登場。薬味も3種類付いてくる。口の中に入れると温度でふわっと溶ける。肉の脂がさらっとご飯と絡んで美味しい。
