釧路で夕食です。
行こうと思ってたお店はやはりやっていない。
日曜日の末広はことごとくお休みですね。
というわけで、あけぼのさんに訪問です。
ずっと気になってたお店でした。
17時45分ころ到着。
日曜日の末広は全然お店がやっていないのと、人気店ということもあり、空いてるかなーと思ったのですが、カウンターは空いてました！
良かったー！
もうちょっと遅かったら座れなかったけどね。
こちらのお店はメルマガに登録したら、19時まではビールが200円です。
もちろん登録。今時この価格はすごいよねぇ。
しかも店員さんが丁寧。
さて、食べたいものを頼みます。
まずはモツ煮込みと塩麹ザンギをオーダーです。
先に到着したのはモツ煮込み。
味がしみしみですね〜
濃くなく薄くなく、ちょうど良い味付け。
ビールが進む味。
しばらくして、塩麹ザンギが到着。
あ、結構ボリュームありますね。
塩麹というだけあって、塩だれがおいしいですよ。
ちょっと濃いめの味付けで、お酒が進むようにこれはあえてこういう味にしてるのかなーと推測。
塩ダレザンギもうまいなぁ。
そして、食べたかったおでんもちょっとだけ。
大根と厚揚げをオーダーです。
大根がものすごーく柔らかい！
どんだけ煮てるんだろう。大きい大根なのにやわやわです。
おでんにはサービスでとろろ昆布がトッピング。
これはいいね、うまい。昆布で出汁感さらにアップ。
おでんの出汁は、北海道らしくない味ですね。甘さがないです。
こういう味は珍しいですね、というほど他のお店のおでんって食べてないけど笑
一人２千円ちょっと。安いなぁ。
店内混んでましたが、店員さんの接客が素晴らしいですね。
混んでいたので、複数人の場合は予約必須でしょう。
ちなみにカウンター席は玄関の前なので、寒いです。
お客さんがよく来るので、ドアの開く回数も多いってわけです。
ビールが安いのでこれは我慢しましょう笑
また行こう。
