食べログで見つけて気になったので、初めて訪問。
アミューズが熊肉を使ったパテ。
初めての熊肉でしたが、全く臭みもなく美味しくいただきました。
魚介を使ったオードブルは見た目も味も大満足。
メインのお肉料理は、牛・豚・鶉の3種類から選べたんですが、鶉が入る日と入らない日があって、今日のオススメとのことでしたので、鶉をいただきました。
どのお料理も美しく、とても美味しかったです。
接客も丁寧でありながら気さくで終始気持ちよく過ごせました。
